Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MEETINGTAP, LLC ("we", "us") for your use of 500 Mile WalkTrax ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's rules. Apple's standard license agreement for apps also applies. Where it and these terms differ, the Apple agreement governs your license to the app itself.

This is not medical advice

The app counts miles and celebrates milestones. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise routine, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You are responsible for walking safely and for paying attention to your surroundings.

Your miles

Miles come from Apple Health and are only as accurate as the device that recorded them. Medals, levels and community totals have no cash value. Please do not enter or generate false miles, use the app to harass anyone, or try to break, overload or get around the app's limits. We may correct or remove miles that are clearly wrong, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Test versions

Versions of the app offered through TestFlight are for testing. Features may change or disappear, and miles, medals and other information from a test version may be reset.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app is free to use. Optional purchases, when offered, are paid for through your Apple account, and Apple's terms and refund rules apply to them.

• Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Outfits and other digital items are licensed to you for use in the app. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Our Privacy Policy explains what the app collects and how to delete it.

Our content

The app, its name, its artwork and its design belong to MEETINGTAP, LLC. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the app as intended.

Changes and ending

We may change, pause or stop the app or any part of it. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted, free of errors or accurate in every count.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MEETINGTAP, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury that occurs while you are walking or exercising. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if that is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MEETINGTAP, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
